You have gone some way to encouraging me.

I have to disagree with both you and the West Indian lady and point out that there was a theoretical chance of snow or hail in addition to the weather possibilities mentioned. Other forms of precipitation are available.

You state a flight time of 90 minutes. How long did it take to be get to the airport which is nowhere near the place it purports to serve, wait to actually be allowed onto the flying contraption of doom, then get from Newquay airport to your destination. My method of go to London, get a sneaky pre holiday tick on page one of the London section of the GBG, board train with a curry and a pint and meander down behind the inevitable 57604 in time for opening whilst admittedly more expensive seems far more civilised and avoids a hotel night.

Who is Stacey Slater?Tom Irvinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15707212109059322727noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6677885556404476308.post-36153109627880202882017-07-12T16:38:05.063+01:002017-07-12T16:38:05.063+01:00Hey, that's a great view Russtovich, I think m...Hey, that's a great view Russtovich, I think most of the tourists seemed like people who didn't know how to react to being near the coast, hence the socks n shorts combo!

Yes, absolutely love Peaky Blinders and is reason I got the pint despite it being non Cornish .... but still need to catch up on most recent series. This is the view a mere 10 minute walk from my place:

https://drive.google.com/file/d/0BwJdPQF1pSBDclU1dDlFSG9ZMFU/view

You get used to it after a while. :)

As for the post, it seems being by the sea attracts silly sods who like to wear shoes and socks with shorts (2nd Red Lion photo).

And finally:

"I ordered an amazing stout from the Midlands called Peaky Blinder"

What a coincidence! I just watched the first season of Peaky Blinder this past week.

Cheers

Russtovich

Russtovichhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11493687426847380993noreply@blogger.com
